Tracking you can actually trust in 2026

If your reporting still depends on a single client-side pixel, your numbers have been quietly wrong for a while. Browser privacy changes, consent gating, and ad-blockers mean a meaningful share of conversions never make it back to the ad platform.

Here’s the tracking stack we deploy on every account.

1. Server-side as the source of truth

The browser pixel is now a signal, not the ledger. We send conversions server-side (Conversions API / Measurement Protocol) keyed off your own backend events. If a sale happened, the server knows — no ad-blocker can hide it.

Under Thailand’s PDPA (and GDPR for any EU traffic), you cannot fire analytics before consent. We wire consent mode so tags stay dormant until the visitor agrees — and we model the gap so reporting stays directionally honest even when consent is declined.

3. One canonical event taxonomy

Most messy accounts have three different definitions of “lead.” We define events once, name them consistently across GA4, Meta, and your CRM, and document them so the next person doesn’t reinvent the schema.

The goal isn’t more data. It’s data you’d stake a budget decision on.

4. Reconciliation, monthly

Platform-reported conversions will never perfectly match your backend — but the gap should be stable and explainable. We reconcile monthly so a sudden divergence becomes an alarm, not a surprise three months later.

Tracking isn’t glamorous. But every CRO test, every budget call, and every “is this channel working?” conversation rests on it. Get it wrong and you’re optimizing noise.
